Access to 8ph is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is required during registration. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 8ph. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided and the accounts permanently closed.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 8ph are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Terms vary per promotion.
8ph supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 8ph reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
Players are responsible for managing their own gaming activity. 8ph provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools immediately.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 8ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any unauthorised access must be reported to 8ph support immediately to protect your account and funds.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8ph platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and customer support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and 8ph (the "Platform" or "Operator").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 8ph platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
Important: These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of 8ph regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the platform. They apply equally to free-play sessions and real-money wagering.
These Terms should be read alongside the 8ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform.
To register and maintain an account on 8ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
8ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified or that are found to be ineligible will be suspended. Any funds in an ineligible account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If 8ph identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending bonuses will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 8ph will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8ph support immediately. 8ph accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
8ph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before allowing continued gameplay. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by 8ph may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
8ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 8ph does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Player's account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected. 8ph reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 8ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Player's account, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements. 8ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
8ph is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. 8ph reserves the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law. Players must not use the 8ph platform for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment gaming.
Note: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 8ph account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
8ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement — eligible games and contribution rates are listed in the promotion details.
8ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not been wagered within the applicable validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All games available on 8ph — including live dealer tables, slots, bingo, and arcade titles — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
All random-outcome games on 8ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or the size of wagers placed. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during the malfunction will be returned to the Player's account. 8ph's decision in such matters is final.
8ph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by a technical error, software fault, or any form of manipulation. Players who are found to have exploited technical faults will have their accounts suspended and any winnings derived from such exploitation forfeited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 8ph. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
8ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 8ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 8ph's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on 8ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 8ph cannot guarantee absolute data security.
8ph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 8ph's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 8ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels.
